The General Dental Council (GDC) is the regulatory body of the dental profession in the United Kingdon. |  |  | Dr Philip Boamah Principal Dental Surgeon BDS Wales MRDS RCS Eng GDC number: 79520 | Philip qualified from Cardiff University in 2001 with a distinction in clinical dentistry. After his vocational training year Philip gained 2 years further surgical training as a Senior House Officer in prestigious Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Departments, where he further developed his surgical and medical skills and later gained membership to the Royal College of Surgeons (MFDS). In 2004 he started work in General Dental Practice in London, and soon developed a particular interest in advanced implant and restorative dentistry. In 2007, Dr Boamah was accepted onto the highly acclaimed Royal College of Surgeons Implant Diploma Course, which he is close to completing. Philip will always give the very best he can to every patient, and treatments are carried out in a very relaxed, caring and professional manner. In his spare time Philip enjoys football, squash and eating well. |
|  | | Dr Rasa Liubomirskiaite-Boamah | Principal Dental Surgeon | DDent Kaunas GDC number: 104371 | Rasa qualified in 2005 from the Kaunas University of Medicine. She undertook vocational training in a fully private practice in Vilnius, the capital of the Lithuania and has worked in the UK since 2006. She has passed part I of the MJDF examination of the Royal College of Surgeons (UK) and is currently working towards passing the second half of her postgraduate exam. Rasa is interested in all aspects of general dentistry with particular interest in aesthetic dentistry, deep bleaching, special ceramic crowns/veneers, clear braces and facial aesthetics, and she would now very much like to develop her skills in implant dentistry. Rasa aims for the practice is to give excellent dental care ensuring each individual patient is valued and respected and that the practice helps patients to keep their teeth for life! Rasa is more than happy to offer later/earlier or Saturday appointments for a busy commuter. |
